At City Chain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your City Chain account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
